Remember to request your 4-hour voting leave if you intend to use it tomorrow.  You should then read, print, and sign the attached form and send it in for verification of voting.  I would prefer you print and send through interdepartmental mail since I get so many emails throughout the day.  If you take the 4-hour leave but for whatever reason, you do not vote, you must use your annual leave to make up for that time and notify your supervisor.
