Of our respondents, Carroll County has the highest percentage of persons identifying as Hispanic at 9.7%, followed by Gallatin at 5.1% as compared to Owen and Pendleton counties both having less than 1%. Census estimates reflect 6.7%, 5.5%, 3% and 1.4% of the entire populations in Carroll, Gallatin, Owen & Pendleton are Hispanic, indicating our survey data may lack input and perspective from those populations for Owen and Pendleton counties.
