To improve internal communication across the agency by providing an easily accessible, readily available online tool for staff on current events, staffing updates, process/procedural changes, and upcoming events.
To improve payment options for installers, food establishments, patients, etc.
To increase WIC participation across the district by providing outreach and education about WIC and HANDS programs.
To improve and update the process for receiving ongoing feedback from customers.
To improve and simplify the orientation process while providing employees with the needed information to begin work as quickly as possible.
